Exploiting and instigating Disorder, Qatar has been shipping ISIS elements from Syria to Afghanistan and awakened Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan after its elements had been hiding in hibernation for more than a decade.

Obscured by IS’s rise, al-Qaeda has evolved. Its affiliates in the Maghreb, Somalia, Syria and Yemen remain potent, some stronger than ever. Why have these groups become so powerful? That is because of Qatar who is known to be supporting terrorists in the middle east region.
